Student Administrator (Hybrid)

Position Summary  

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable student to join our Client Management Centre (CMC) from January 1, 2026 to April 30, 2026. This temporary role is ideal for a post-secondary student looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. The hours of work are Monday – Friday 9:00 – 5:30. The position is hybrid and weekly attendance at the North York office will be required.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support across the CMC teams
  • Assist with special projects
  • Complete other general tasks as required
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution or recent graduate
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office suite)
  • Previous administrative experience in a professional services environment is an asset
