Senior Marketing Manager, Brand & Campaign Management

Position Summary

This position is accountable for growing brand awareness, increasing brand consideration, and expanding our share of voice in the market. The ideal candidate will be a passionate brand advocate with experience in building integrated marketing campaigns, supported by breakthrough creative strategies integrated across a multitude of media channels, with a proven track record of creating demand for products/services to highly targeted audiences.

Responsibilities

Brand Strategy and Management: 

  • Lead the evolution of brand strategy to increase awareness, consideration, and demand, enhancing market share and differentiation. 
  • Ensure brand consistency across all materials and touchpoints. 

Creative Strategy Development: 

  • Develop and lead creative and communication strategies across all marketing/media channels in collaboration with the marketing team and agency partners. 
  • Apply innovative, data-driven approaches to connect with our target audience and drive engagement.  

Media & Campaign Management: 

  • Drive integrated campaign strategies supported by multi-media channels to deliver key marketing priorities and objectives. 
  • Develop and execute media strategies and plans that optimize performance and maximize ROI. 
  • Assess and implement media performance optimization tactics to ensure effective media spending. 
  • Conceptualize, test, evaluate, and present new programs, campaigns, messages, and assets to drive engagement and brand health. 

Client and Market Research: 

  • Develop and maintain a research plan for brand awareness, advertising performance, and client insights. 
  • Conduct analytics reporting to extract key insights for future campaigns and strategies. 

Leadership and Team Management: 

  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members. 
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment while managing budgets and allocate resources for maximum ROI. 

Stakeholder Engagement: 

  • Align brand and media strategies with business goals through collaboration with senior leadership. 
  • Ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders for brand alignment. 

Analytics and Reporting: 

  • Track and measure the effectiveness of initiatives and provide regular performance and ROI reports to senior management. 
  • Use data-driven insights to refine and enhance strategies. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree/college diploma in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. 
  • 8+ years of experience in brand/campaign management, integrated media strategy and demand generation. 
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in integrated media channels. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
