This hybrid role (1–2 days per week in our North York office) offers a balance of autonomy and collaboration within a culture that truly values people. You’ll work closely with leaders across the organization to identify, engage, and hire outstanding candidates while contributing to the firm’s strong employer brand and positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders at both strategic and tactical levels to understand hiring needs and deliver strong recruitment outcomes.

  • Build and enhance our employer brand and social media presence, including managing Glassdoor and Indeed pages.

  • Contribute to recruitment-related projects and initiatives, including process improvements and interview best practices.

  • Assist with other People & Culture projects as needed.

What You Bring to the Team

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in-house — ideally in Financial Services. Experience in the Bankruptcy and Insolvency sector is an asset.

  • A natural communicator who builds genuine relationships and provides an outstanding candidate experience — from first touchpoint to final email.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong ATS data management habits.

  • Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable managing shifting priorities.

  • Collaborative and team-oriented — you never hesitate to help a colleague when needed.

  • Bilingual in French is an asset.

Compensation, Benefits, and Perks

  • Hybrid work model (1–2 days per week in office at our North York location)

  • Flexible work arrangements

  • Vacation and wellness days

  • Extended health and dental coverage, plus virtual doctor services

  • Employee Assistance Program and mental health resources

  • Company-matching retirement savings plan

  • Financial support for professional development

  • Annual company events

  • Exclusive access to perks and discounts
