Position Summary 
The Process Owner is responsible for understanding, mapping, improving, and governing core operational processes across the firm. They act as the day-to-day curator of how workflows, ensuring processes are efficient, measurable, well-documented, and continuously improved.  
Key Responsibilities 
Process Discovery & Mapping 
  • Document current-state workflows using BPMN, swim lanes, flow diagrams, or similar notations. 
  • Identify pain points, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement. 
Requirements & Analysis 
  • Run workshops, interviews, and observations to elicit business needs. 
  • Translate findings into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures. 
Operational Improvement Support 
  • Support idea validation and the intake → assessment → planning → execution → review lifecycle. 
  • Contribute to impact analysis, prioritization scoring, and business cases. 
Governance & Documentation 
  • Maintain updated SOPs, playbooks, and process maps. 
  • Track performance metrics such as cycle time, error rates, and throughput. 
Cross-Functional Collaboration 
  • Collaborate with Operations, IT Apps, PMO, and SMEs to align on process improvements. 
  • Participate in stand-ups, planning reviews, and retrospectives. 
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years in Business Analysis, Operations, or Continuous Improvement. 
Skills 
  • Process mapping and requirements elicitation. 
  • Basic data analysis (Excel/BI tools). 
  • Strong communication and facilitation. 
Nice to Have / Growth Areas 
  • Lean Six Sigma exposure. 
  • Interest in Product Ownership concepts.
