Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Power Platform, Dynamics 365 & AI Solutions Developer to join our technology team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting intelligent business applications using Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure integration services, and Microsoft AI technologies.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, business analysts, solution architects, and other technology professionals to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and supportable solutions. The role combines Power Platform and Dynamics 365 development with workflow automation, document processing, system integration, and the development of AI agents that support sales and operational processes.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on development experience, enjoys solving complex business problems, and can apply both low-code and code-centric technologies appropriately within an enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design and Development
-
Design, develop, configure, and deploy solutions using Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related Microsoft technologies.

Develop Model-Driven and Canvas applications that provide effective, accessible, and user-friendly business experiences.

Configure and extend Dynamics 365 Sales to support lead, opportunity, account, contact, activity, and sales process management.

Design solutions that use standard platform capabilities wherever practical while applying custom development when required.

Develop Dataverse plug-ins, custom APIs, client-side extensions, integration components, and other code-centric solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

Develop and maintain Power Fx expressions, business rules, business process flows, command bar actions, forms, views, and other application components.
Integration, Data, and Analytics -
Design and implement workflow automation using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and other Microsoft automation technologies.

Integrate Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third-party systems using REST APIs, Azure Service Bus, webhooks, and event-driven integration patterns.

Design scalable data models that support application, integration, security, reporting, and analytics requirements.

Create Power BI dashboards and reports that provide meaningful and actionable business insights.
Artificial Intelligence and Document Automation -
Develop AI-enabled business solutions using Microsoft AI Builder, Azure AI services, and Azure AI Document Intelligence.

Design and implement intelligent document processing solutions using the Power Platform Document Automation Toolkit, AI Builder document processing models, Azure AI Document Intelligence, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

Develop AI agents and agent-driven business processes for use with Dynamics 365 Sales and Dataverse.
-
Develop agents that can securely retrieve and interpret business information, assist users, generate recommendations, and initiate approved business actions.

Develop AI-assisted capabilities for sales processes such as lead qualification, opportunity summarization, account research, activity management, customer interaction preparation, follow-up recommendations, and sales process guidance.

Design conversational and agent-based experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio and related Microsoft technologies.
-
Integrate AI agents with Dynamics 365 Sales, Dataverse, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, enterprise knowledge sources, and approved external services.

Apply human review, approval, escalation, auditability, and exception-handling controls to AI-assisted and agent-driven processes.

Evaluate the accuracy, reliability, security, performance, and business value of AI and document automation solutions.

Participate in application lifecycle management activities, including source control, solution management, automated deployment, release management, environment management, and production support.

Develop and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines and related continuous integration and continuous deployment practices for Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions.

Troubleshoot application, automation, integration, data, security, and performance issues across development, test, and production environments.

Produce and maintain technical designs, solution documentation, deployment instructions, release notes, and operational support documentation.

Participate in solution design reviews, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demonstrations, peer reviews, and code reviews.

Ensure solutions follow organizational standards and Microsoft best practices for security, privacy, accessibility, performance, scalability, maintainability, and application lifecycle management.

Contribute to reusable components, development standards, implementation patterns, and knowledge sharing across the technology team.

Stay current with developments across Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft AI technologies.
Application Lifecycle Management and Collaboration

Participate in application lifecycle management activities, including source control, solution management, automated deployment, release management, environment management, and production support.

Develop and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines and related continuous integration and continuous deployment practices for Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions.

Qualifications
Core Experience and Technical Skills
-
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, configuring, or supporting solutions using Dynamics 365 Sales or comparable Dynamics 365 customer engagement applications.

Demonstrated experience developing enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
-
Strong proficiency with Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 configuration.
-
Strong proficiency with C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Power Fx.
-
Experience developing Dataverse plug-ins, custom APIs, client-side extensions, and integration components.
-
Strong experience working with REST APIs, JSON, authentication mechanisms, and modern system integration patterns.

Experience using Azure Service Bus, Azure Logic Apps, or related Azure integration services.
-
Experience designing Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, security roles, teams, and field-level security.
AI, Agentic AI, and Document Automation -
Minimum two years of hands-on experience implementing AI, intelligent automation, or document processing solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Experience implementing solutions using one or more of Microsoft AI Builder, Azure AI Document Intelligence, Azure AI services, or the Power Platform Document Automation Toolkit.

Experience designing and implementing document ingestion, classification, data extraction, validation, human review, exception handling, and downstream processing solutions.

Experience developing AI-powered business applications or AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, Power Platform, or comparable Microsoft technologies.

Experience integrating AI or agent-based capabilities with Dynamics 365 Sales, Dataverse, Power Automate, or Microsoft 365.

Experience designing agents or AI-assisted capabilities that support sales processes such as lead qualification, account and opportunity management, activity management, customer engagement, summarization, recommendations, or sales process guidance.

Understanding of agent design concepts including instructions, topics, tools, actions, knowledge grounding, orchestration, context management, human approval, error handling, and monitoring.

Understanding of generative AI concepts, prompt design, grounded responses, retrieval-augmented generation, structured outputs, and AI solution evaluation.
