Position Summary
At Farber, we believe that everyone can prosper — and that starts with the people who help make that possible every day.
We are looking for a Manager, Internal Communications & Employee Engagement to help bring Farber’s purpose, strategy and culture to life for our people across Canada.
This role will lead how we communicate, connect and engage with our employees, ensuring our people understand where Farber is going, why it matters and how they contribute to our success. You will work closely with the VP, People & Culture, CEO and Senior Leadership Team to turn business priorities into clear, meaningful and engaging communications that resonate with our people.
You will also play a key role in bringing our Employee Value Proposition (EVP), employer brand and culture to life through storytelling, employee experiences, recognition and meaningful moments throughout the employee journey.
This is a strategic and hands-on role. You will be equally comfortable advising a senior leader on an important organizational message, writing an employee communication, developing content for a company-wide meeting, or bringing a Farber event to life.
At Farber, our work is ultimately about helping people. This role is about ensuring our people feel that same sense of purpose, connection and support in their experience at Farber.
