Employee Referral Guidelines:

• You must know the referred candidate and anticipate that they have the appropriate skills and qualifications for the position they are referred for
• You cannot be related to the referred candidate
• Only applicable for permanent positions only
• The position the candidate is being referred for can not report directly to you
• Referred candidates must be new to the Frim and cannot have applied previously through other avenues
• To receive the $1,000 referral fee, the candidate must complete six months of employment with the Firm
